The TrueTrainer SHIFT is the advanced model of the award-winning TrueTrainer and encompasses every feature to elevate your indoor workouts. Experience the right pedal force from the first stroke for the most realistic road feel and generate your own green energy thanks to TrueForce Technology. With Virtual Gears, you can configure up to 400 different gearing on the TrueTrainer SHIFT to match your workout or your owned bikes. The TrueTrainer SHIFT has a stable and lightning-fast connection to numerous training platforms like Zwift, Rouvy, FulGaz, and BKool via Bluetooth, ANT+ or WIFI. While pedaling upright or seated you’ll feel that the TrueTrainer moves with you thanks to the flexible frame and feet. Access your live training data in the TrueKinetix app or plugin an external monitor using the fitted HDMI port on the TrueTrainer. When you’re finished with your workout you can easily stow the TrueTrainer SHIFT away by folding in the legs. At just 15 kilograms, the TrueTrainer SHIFT is the lightest of its kind.
