How They Work
- Start your TrueTrainer.
- Open the TrueKinetix App and pair the TrueShifters.
- Set up your favourite virtual gearing ratio in the app.
- Mount the TrueShifters to your handlebars.
- Set your bike to your preferred gear. For the best experience in ERG mode, we recommend a heavy gear, such as 50+ in front and 15 or 17 in the rear.
- Ride and shift! The right shifter adjusts your cassette virtually up and down, while the left shifter changes your big ring.
