Option 1. Factory pick-up 

• For the factory pick-up, we will make an appointment with you to pick up your TrueBike at TrueKinetix in Hillegom
• Please note that the TrueBike should be transported upright and that transport is your own responsibility.
• TrueKinetix does not accept any liability for any damages to the TrueBike or vehicle that occurred during transport

 

Option 2. Home delivery and installation (+€100)

• Don’t want a factory pick-up?  We can also deliver and install the TrueBike at your home address (+€100)
• Our delivery specialist will deliver the TrueBike to your house and install it in your training room
• The delivery specialist will do a quick walk-through to explore the main features of the TrueBike and check your chosen bike configuration
