Description

The TrueBike Base is a game-changing indoor cycling experience when paired with Zwift, Rouvy, or other training platforms. With the purchase of the TrueBike Base and the software upgrade package, you get one month of free virtual oval chainrings. Oval chainrings increase pedaling efficiency and optimize power transfer to the pedals, resulting in greater power output and a more comfortable ride.

The difference with the regular TrueBike

• The TrueBike Base is the entry-level model of the award-winning TrueBike.
• The main difference: the TrueBike Base does not have its own display.
• Your live training data is available by connecting to Zwift, Rouvy, another training platform or via the TrueKinetix app.

Upgrade Package for the TrueBike Base (+300 euro)

• The upgrade package is an optional upgrade for the TrueBike Base and offers these extras:
• Connect the TrueBike Base via the HDMI port to your own tv or display to view live training data on your own tv or display. Including left-right power balance and pedal force graph.
• Charge your phone via the USB-port
• An extra stable Zwift connection via the Zwift-Wifi-option.
• Easy heart rate connection to Zwift via the TrueBike Base
• Please note: You don’t need this upgrade package to connect your TrueBike Base via ANT+ and Bluetooth to Zwift or Rouvy. This is included in the TrueBike Base.
• Not included in this upgrade package: tv/display/monitor and HDMI cable

One month of free virtual oval chainrings

• With the purchase of the TrueBike Base and software upgrade package, you get one month of virtual oval chainrings
• Select oval chainrings from leading brands Rotor and Osymmetric
• Customize your oval chainrings.
• Available as a 1-year license (€49,-) or lifetime license (€99,-) for one TrueAthletes account
• A 1-year license stops automatically

Rider

• The TrueBike Base is completely adjustable to your body
• Suitable for frame sizes between S-XL
• Rider height: min. 155 cm – max. 200 cm
• Max. rider weight: 150 kg
• Option to have your own saddle and/or handlebars installed
• We offer a longer steering and/or seat tube in special situations. Please contact us for more information

Option 1. Factory pick-up

• For the factory pick-up, we will make an appointment with you to pick up your TrueBike at TrueKinetix in Hillegom
• Please note that the TrueBike should be transported upright and that transport is your own responsibility
• TrueKinetix does not accept any liability for any damages to the TrueBike or vehicle that occurred during transport

Option 2. Easy install box delivery at home (+€100)

• Our shipping partner will deliver beyond the first threshold of your home. 
• The TrueBike comes in an environmentally friendly box 
• The three-step assembly is straightforward, stress-free and can be done in ten minutes 
• Available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK. 

UK shipping

• We ship the TrueBike to the UK from the Netherlands. Due to Brexit, you will have to pay the 20% VAT over the product yourself.
• You will pay us the price without VAT and the company delivering the goods will contact you to pay the VAT to them.
