The TrueBike can ascend 26% and descend 15% and simulate up to 400 virtual gearsets. The TrueBike has a lightning-fast connection to Zwift, Rouvy, and other training platforms via Bluetooth, ANT+ and WIFI. Moreover, you get one month of free virtual oval chainrings. Oval chainrings increase pedaling efficiency and optimize power transfer to the pedals, resulting in greater power output and a more comfortable ride.

Option 1. Factory pick-up 

• For the factory pick-up, we will make an appointment with you to pick up your TrueBike at TrueKinetix in Hillegom
• Please note that the TrueBike should be transported upright and that transport is your own responsibility
• TrueKinetix does not accept any liability for any damages to the TrueBike or vehicle that occurred during transport

Option 2. Easy install box delivery at home (+€100)

• Our shipping partner will deliver beyond the first threshold of your home
• The TrueBike comes in an environmentally friendly box 
• The three-step assembly is effortless, stressfree and can be done in ten minutes 
• Available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK

Option 3. Home delivery and installation (+€200)

• We can also deliver and install the TrueBike at your home address (+€200)
• Our delivery specialist will deliver the TrueBike to your house and install it in your training room
• The delivery specialist will do a quick walk-through to explore the main features of the TrueBike and check your chosen bike configuration
• Currently only available for the Netherlands and Flanders
