You can read below how the plan works and subscribe in our webshop. Here you will be asked to pay the subscription fee for the first three months + delivery costs + 150 euro sign-up fee. After that, you will receive an invoice for the remaining costs of your subscription and the monthly subscription costs.

How the TrueBike Flex Plan works

You receive a new and complete TrueBike, including pedals. We help you to adjust the TrueBike properly.

To start your TrueBike Flex Plan
When you start, you pay the subscription fee for the first three months in advance (150 euros per month), the delivery fee, the deposit of 300 euros, and the sign-up fee of 150 euros.

Extension after three months
You can renew your subscription after the first three months on a quarterly basis.

Stop the TrueBike Flex Subscription?
After three months, the subscription can be canceled per quarter. When you return the TrueBike, you pay a 50 euro intake fee for the final inspection. After inspection, we’ll refund you the deposit of 300 euros.

Home delivery
We deliver to or pick up the TrueBike from your home. Delivery costs of €100 will be charged.

A fantastic deal: option to buy
Do you love the TrueBike and want to keep it? Then we have a fantastic offer for you! 90% of the subscription fee will be deducted from the purchase price. The option to buy applies after three months TrueBike Flex Subscription.
