Technical Customer Support Specialist

TrueKinetix is the driving force behind the revolutionary TrueBike and TrueTrainer, in which indoor cycling on a bike trainer feels the same as an outdoor bike ride. More importantly, on these ‘indoor trainers’ one strains the muscles in the same way as on a normal bike, making it a revolution in cycling and ensuring that you can continue to train properly indoors as well. All this is made possible by the unique TrueForce technology.

You like to think along directly to prevent any problems in the future and fill our knowledge base with causes and solutions. Structural improvement is something you do automatically. You have an affinity with the technical side of our products but also know how to empathise with our customers’ sporting challenges. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to you, and you know how to move well between the interests of the client and those of TrueKinetix, all this comes together in your excellent communication skills.

Sales support in the form of scheduling delivery runs and keeping delivery details up to date for our clients is also part of your daily routine. With your knowledge and experience of customer support, you will easily pick up this task.


  • Act as the first point of contact for customers on issues of a technical nature with TrueBike and TrueTrainer.
  • Identify, analyze, document (knowledge base) and resolve technical problems.
  • Timely and complete information to the customer on the analysis and solution of the technical issue.
  • Testing and collaborating on (new) features and releases.
  • Communicating with new customers about the status of their orders and delivery.
  • Scheduling delivery trips to deliver the TrueBike to customers.

  • Ability to analyze and solve technical issues, based on knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  • Affinity with (indoor) cycling is an advantage.

Since delivering our first TrueBikes to customers in Q4, 2019, we have ramped up production. From 2020, we will build a network of demo shops and aim to deliver a true experience to a growing customer base, both in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
