Sales/Account Manager

We are looking for a Sales/Account Manager to support our sales and take them to the next level.

Within this position, you will immediately carry a lot of responsibility. First, you are co-responsible for customers who have questions about the purchase of a TrueBike. But you will also ensure that customer management is well-supported and professionalized. For this purpose, the CRM system PerfectView, among others, will be used. This is a new position within TrueKinetix, in which you will support the Sales Director. Therefore we are looking for a proactive, eager-to-learn colleague.

Responsibilities

– Acquisition of new customers and dealers in the Netherlands, Belgium and a part of Germany
– Managing existing dealers: first point of contact for consultation and support
– Coordinating and supporting events and exhibitions
– Performing TrueBike test rides with customers and at customers’ homes

 Profile

– HBO-level work and thinking
– Social, independent, solution-oriented
– Good command of the Dutch and English languages. Speaking German/French is an advantage
– You like to tackle things, enjoy pioneering, and sales/victory laps make you happy
– Affinity with sports is appreciated!
– 32-40 hours a week

Following the initial positive receipt of our prototype by NOC*NSF in 2018, TrueKinetix has received several awards, including the Bike Motion Training Award 2019 and the Dutch Sports Innovation Award 2019. Since we delivered our first batch of TrueBikes to customers in Q4, 2019, we have been ramping up production, while expanding the online TrueBike platform capabilities. Since 2020, we are building a network of demo stores and aim to deliver a true experience to a growing customer base, in The Netherlands, Belgium as well as Germany.
