We are looking for an ambitious Finance professional. You will act as a sparring partner for the CEO and work closely with our multidisciplinary team, guiding our company from a financial perspective. You will also pick up some of the HR responsibilities.

At TrueKinetix we are not content with redefining indoor cycling – our goal is to revolutionize it. Our TruForce Technology is the driving force behind the revolutionary TrueBike and TrueTrainer, making indoor cycling a much more realistic and effective experience. More importantly, the TrueForce technology allows you to train your muscles in the same way as you would outdoors on a regular road bike, ensuring you can continue to train properly even indoors regardless of the weather, time, or other external factors. And we’re not stopping – we are working hard on developing new products that will apply the TrueForce technology to other indoor training systems and sports, like rowing, running, and fitness equipment.

Your role

You will have a great responsibility within the company as Finance Lead, as you will directly advise the CEO and MT on the current and future financial status of the company. You will ensure that the accounting is under control and that all periodic reports are met. In addition to Finance, you will also pick up a large part of the HR work and support various internal projects. Developing the existing systems and to make everything even more efficient gives you energy, while never losing sight of the interests of all internal and external stakeholders In short, a responsible role within a dynamic company in which you will have many challenges. No day is the same and your contribution is hugely important!

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and periodic reporting.
• Proactive sparring partner on Finance/HR for the CEO and MT.
• Facilitate financial and business decisions.
• HR: contract management, payroll administration, absence management, advise.
• Project support in the area of Finance/HR.
• Further development of systems, processes and internal controls, enabling continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Stakeholder management with shareholders, investors, bank, advisors, auditor and tax authorities.

Requirements

• You share our ambition, values and drive to explore new solutions.
• Master’s degree in Economics/Finance and/or relevant MBA.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Finance professional.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of HR.
• Fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing.
• Available for 40 hours per week.
