TrueTrainer – international shipping
Netherlands:
- TrueTrainer shipping is included
Belgium:

Other countries in the European Union (EU)
- All shipping costs: €40 flat rate
United Kingdom:
- €40 flat rate
- VAT to the courier once the TrueTrainer has entered customs in the UK (You don’t pay any VAT to us)

Return shipments (30 day free trial)
We are confident that the TrueBike and TrueTrainer are excellent solutions for anyone looking to improve their training.
However, if you find that they don’t meet your needs, you can return them within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price.
We will only accept products that are returned undamaged and without signs of use. Any damage or signs of use will result in a charge that will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be refunded within 10 business days. Learn more about the 30-day free trial.
TrueBike return shipping
Option 1: Return shipment
Please make sure to return the TrueBike in its original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. If you no longer have the original packaging, you purchase a new TrueBike package from us. To send the TrueBike back to our factory, please submit a ticket through our support center to receive further instructions and a shipping label from our support team. After the TrueBike has been inspected, you will receive a (partial) refund based on its condition. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Option 2: Drop off at our factory in Hillegom, the Netherlands
If you’re returning it to our factory in Hillegom, you can do so without packaging as long as it’s fully assembled. Please ensure that the TrueBike is shipped properly, as we are not liable for any damage that may occur during transportation. To drop off the TrueBike at our factory, please create a ticket through our support center to make an appointment for drop-off. It’s best to ship the TrueBike in an upright position with adequate padding to protect the shifters and crankset. After the TrueBike has been inspected, you will receive a (partial) refund based on its condition. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
TrueTrainer return shipping
You are responsible for paying for proper shipping. We take no responsibility for damages during shipping. We strongly recommend using the original TrueTrainer packaging. If you no longer have the original package you can purchase a new TrueTrainer packaging from us here.
