We are confident that the TrueBike and TrueTrainer are excellent solutions for anyone looking to improve their training.
However, if you find that they don’t meet your needs, you can return them within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price. We will only accept TrueTrainers and TrueBikes that are returned undamaged and without signs of use. Any damage or signs of use will result in a charge that will be deducted from your refund.
If you bought your TrueTrainer or TrueBike from a seller other than TrueKinetix, then you will need to follow their return policy. It is possible that they don’t offer a 30-day free trial but only an exchange guarantee. Please refer to your dealer’s return conditions for more information.
TrueTrainer return shipment
You are responsible for proper shipping. We take no responsibility for damages during shipping. We strongly recommend using the original TrueTrainer packaging. If you no longer have the original package you can purchase a new TrueTrainer packaging from us.
Pick-up options when returning the TrueBike:
- The TrueBike may be returned by yourself to Hillegom. The full purchase price will be refunded within 10 working days.
- TrueKinetix can pick up the TrueBike at your home. The purchase amount will then be refunded within 10 days, excluding the delivery and installation (being € 175,-)
